Our Responsible Gaming team
Our Responsible Gaming team takes a proactive approach to identifying unusual behaviour and interacting with customers on a regular basis. The team has doubled in size since 2014, bolstered by individuals with extensive experience in the sector.
Our training program incorporates methods and techniques that assist our staff in recognising compulsive or problem gambling and taking appropriate action to help players control their gaming. All customer service employees and the responsible gaming team are provided with training upon induction and refresher training on an annual basis. During the past five years we have increased our training budget and the number of training hours for each team member.
